Belts do what they say on the box
I get about 6 months out of a set of belts, I ride about 200km per week so I am a fairly heavy user, but for me they dont last forever.
In saying that they are a relatively cheap and disposable part.
I can never get 38T to work correctly
This is the second pair of 38t i have tired. I can never find the correct belt tension.... I either have it too loose and they slip under braking OR too tight and the motors don't like it one bit.
ALL the videos about belt tension as so vague "you need this much tension" the guy pushes the belt in ... but how much is that??! and are 38t tension requirement different from 32t which have always worked great.
Ive swapped between 32t and 38t so many times I got frustrated and gave up and am just gonna stick with 32t as they've always worked flawlessly
I really would like to use the 38t as there's a lot of long, step hills where im at and the 32t can struggle.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your belt tension.
The perfect belt tension is 5 - 10mm of play on each side when you pinch the belt. This is consistent through all of our belts.
I recommend watching our tutorial from about 3 minutes in, here's the link. https://youtu.be/HzkLe10g-bY?t=202
